HazirCV.site ("Platform", "Service") is a web application that allows users to create professional CVs (resumes) for free. The Platform is operated by a startup based in Turkey.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HazirCV.site. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not use others' personal information without permission
• Not use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Avoid actions that could compromise the Platform's security
• Not use automated systems or bots
• Not copy the Platform or reverse engineer it

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The HazirCV platform, including its design, logo, templates, and software, are the intellectual property of HazirCV and are protected by copyright laws.

As a user, all rights to the CV content you create (your personal information, experiences, etc.) belong to you. HazirCV does not claim any rights to this content.

5. Service Warranty and Disclaimer

HazirCV is provided "as is". No express or implied warranty is given regarding:

• The service operating without interruption or errors
• Your CV being successful in any particular job application
• Full compatibility with all ATS systems
• Data loss or browser issues

Important Notice: Since your data is stored in your browser's LocalStorage, you will not be able to access your data if you clear your browser cache or use a different device/browser. We recommend downloading important CVs as PDF.

6. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services are used on our Platform:

• Google AdSense: For displaying advertisements
• Cloudflare: For security and performance

These services have their own terms of use and privacy policies. By using our Platform, you also agree to the terms of these third-party services.

7. Advertising Policy

HazirCV displays Google AdSense advertisements to provide free services. Advertisements are subject to Google's advertising policies and may be personalized.

To disable personalized ads, visit Google Ad Settings.

8. Service Changes

HazirCV reserves the right to, at any time and without prior notice:

• Modify or update service features
• Add new features or remove existing ones
• Temporarily or permanently discontinue the service

9. Account Termination

Since HazirCV does not require registration, there is no traditional "account". However, users who violate these terms may have their access to the Platform blocked.

If you want to delete your data, you can clear site data from your browser settings or use the "Reset Data" button in the application.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute, Turkish courts have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

HazirCV reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be updated.

Important changes may be notified on the platform. Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
